From our manufacturing Partners: “The standard production timeframe is typically between 2-4 business days. However, please be aware that during the busy Holiday season (from mid-November to December), production times may extend to 4-6+ business days.” 

From our personal experience, your product will ship in 2-4 days from when the order is input, and in all, you can expect your order to arrive 1-2 weeks after placement.

 

Return and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit (please be sure to send us an image). If such an unfortunate event does occur, we ask that you inform us no later than 4 business days if you would like a replacement. We do not accept cancellations.
